Our community cares so much about Camp Northland, and want to make sure we operate this summer, as we intend to do. We spoke with one of our benefactors who was very emotional about the importance of camp and the mental health of children and youth and the role that camp will play to help everyone this summer, and to help us begin to return to our normal lives, and therefore this benefactor has provided us with a one time incentive because of the recognized importance of Camp Northland in our Jewish community.

OUR NUMBER 1 COMMITMENT IS TO A SAFE SUMMER
We know there are concerns about the virus, the variants, vaccines, and everything in between. It's why we have worked tirelessly to ensure we have state of the art testing, the best equipment available, why we’ve invested in a nursing team with specific dedicated covid testing and screening experience, why we have fully stocked the camp with all provisions and PPE, ventilation systems in every cabin in camp, and why he camp has been modified to ensure the safest possible programing options and alternatives.

EARN INCREDIBLE FINANCIAL INCENTIVES THIS SUMMER
- Every single staff member who works and completes the summer of 2021 (full summer contract) will receive $1000 in addition to their contracted salary (this amount will be adjusted proportionally per your contract length)
- But wait there’s more! Staff who complete their contract in summer 2021 and return in summer 2022, will be eligible for an additional “continuity bonus” in the amount of $250 for a full summer (adjusted proportionally per your contract length)
- ALL staff that work Summer 2021 will be eligible for FIVE never before offered financial staff awards. These awards will be based on performance and commitment criteria to be defined in precamp
- But wait, there's EVEN more! There will be an open raffle for a $2500 prize, eligible to all staff that complete their summer 2021 contract successfully.
- If you are a staff member who has 2 or more years of experience working at Camp Northland (prior to 2020), and have not yet applied because you are unavailable for the whole summer, you will be eligible for a bonus of $500 on top of your contract.
