d. Nursing insurance information (to pass along if appropriate) - see this link for basic information: http://www.cno.org/en/maintain-your-membership1/professional-liability-protection/.  Nurses at camp must all carry a dedicated policy through your association.  All nurses must have a dedicated limit for 5 million dollars on that policy. [Our insurer has advised me that doctors with a license to practice in Ontario would automatically already have comparable coverage, but all M.D.s are to please verify independently.]
