What kind of social-emotional support can the campers expect?
Each summer our staff works hard to acclimate campers to the experience of being away from home and to support kids in making new friends as they leave behind the digital world. They guide children and teens in their efforts to try out new skills as they stretch beyond their comfort zone. While we know that our campers have experienced disruption to their lives in countless ways, we are confident that Camp remains a place where kids can relax and have fun, connect with friends, explore Judaism and feel a sense of belonging. We have an exceptional team of camper care professionals who will continue the work of meeting campers where they are at and partnering with parents to support a successful summer at Camp.

If your family is in need of additional support to deal with these trying times, please reach out to Diana Kirzner ([email protected]), social worker, and oversees our Camper and Staff Wellness team.

More info about our Wellness program can be found here.
Can my family come and tour camp?
Visitors Day
Visitors Day will take place on Friday, July 24th, which is the last day of First Period, from 11:00am-3:00pm.
First Period campers have the option to:
  • Use our regular bus transportation (including baggage) back to the city.
  • Families can have the chance to enjoy a fun visit with their children at camp, and pick them up at the same time. Parents who choose to pick up their children after First Period will also be expected to take home all camper baggage on this day.
Period Plus campers, Full Summer campers and CITs can enjoy a fun visit at camp with their families on this day!
If you are bringing a dog, they must be on leash, and you must provide us with a copy of up to date rabies vaccinations.
What if we need financial assistance from the camp?

We encourage you to apply immediately and we pledge to offer as much financial assistance as possible to each and every family. Application deadline is May 20th.
